1. Make cistanche wine

Ingredients: 50 grams of Cistanche, 100 grams of Epimedium, 2 bottles of liquor

Method: Wash the Cistanche and Epimedium well enough to soak in white wine and seal tightly. You can drink it after 10 days. Drink a small cup three times a day.

2. Make cistanche tea

Ingredients: (cistanche tablets soaked in water alone, or mixed with other medicinal materials) cistanche, Rehmannia, wolfberry, candied dates

Method: Wash cistanche, Rehmannia, medlar, and candied dates. Pour clean water into the casserole, put the washed ingredients to a boil, change to low heat, and simmer for 3 hours before drinking.
