Abstract Objective: To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine of tonifying kidneys on dysplasia of uterus infertility.

Methods: Using self-made basic prescriptions (Deerhorn tablets, Morinda officinalis, Cistanche, Cuscuta, Ziheche, etc.) to treat 32 cases of this disease.

Results: 24 cases (75%) were cured, with a total effective rate of 93.7%.

Conclusion: This prescription focuses on invigorating the kidney and has the effect of promoting the development of the uterus.

Uterine dysplasia is one of the reasons leading to infertility for many years after marriage. The etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are caused by insufficient or weak congenital kidney and qi, and imbalance of Chong and Ren affecting uterine dysplasia. The treatment focuses on strengthening the kidney and adjusting the kidney. The physiological functions of, Tiangui, Chongren, and uterus promote the development of the uterus, make menstruation normal, and increase the conception rate.

Clinical data:

32 cases: the youngest is 22 years old, the oldest is 30 years old, the average age is 26 years old; B-ultrasound examination showed 25 cases of uterine dysplasia and 7 cases of the immature uterus, all married for more than 2 years, and the men were normal.

Treatment method:

Basic prescription: 15g each of deerhorn tablets, Morinda officinalis, Cistanche, 10g each of Cuscuta, Ziheche, Angelica, Shouwu, Chinese wolfberry, Motherwort, Cyperus rotundus, and 5g of safflower. 1 dose per day, 3 months as a course of the treatment.

Clinical addition and subtraction:

Rehmannia root and Shouwu for severe phlegm and dampness, 15g each of Pinellia and Atractylodes Rhizome; 10g each for Triangle and Zedoary for severe blood stasis.

Efficacy criteria

Cure: The clinical symptoms disappear, the menstrual cycle is regular, the gynecological examination and B-ultrasound show that the size of the uterus has returned to normal, or has become pregnant.

Improvement: The clinical symptoms are significantly reduced. Gynecological examination and B-ultrasound show that the uterus has increased significantly compared with before treatment, menstruation and menstrual volume have improved compared with before.

Invalid: No change in bed symptoms and signs.

Treatment result

24 cases were cured, 11 cases were pregnant in 2 courses, 13 cases were pregnant in 3 to 4 courses; 6 cases were improved, 2 cases were ineffective (including 4 cases of the naive uterus), the cure rate was 75%, and the total effective rate was 93.7%. (There is no change in the size of the uterus in the two courses of treatment, which is deemed invalid).

Discussion

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the kidney stores essence and governs reproduction and rushes into a sea of blood. The cell veins are tied to the kidney and collateralized in the cell. Therefore, the author believes that uterine dysplasia and infertility, lack of kidney qi or deficiency, and blood stasis are related, coexisting, and mutual cause and effect are the basic pathologies of uterine dysplasia and infertility, and it also causes the disease to be lingering and difficult to heal or become a difficult disease. Therefore, in the treatment, nourishing the kidney is the prerequisite, and at the same time, whether the pathological products can be effectively removed is also the key to curing the disease. In view of the above-mentioned mechanism, the basic prescriptions are established as deerhorn tablets, Morinda officinalis, cistanche, dodder, ziheche, and angelica. , Rehmannia, Shouwu, Chinese wolfberry, nourishes the yin and strengthens the yang, nourishes the yin and strengthens the fire, so that the water and fire are alleviated, and the eight veins are filled; safflower, motherwort, and Cyperus rotundus
