Sep 14, 2024
4 Conclusion
Based on ICF, this study constructed a theoretical framework for college students with psychological behavioral health and functional problems to participate in physical activities. The psychological behavioral health and functional problems of college students are mainly divided into psychological health and functional problems (stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, learning fatigue) and behavioral health and functional problems (mobile phone addiction, drinking disorder, sedentary behavior and insufficient physical activity).

TRADITIONAL HERBS FAMOUS FOR BOOST ENERGY
The physical activity intervention strategies for the psychological behavioral health and function of college students mainly involve the activity mode, activity frequency, activity intensity and activity duration. The activity mode can be divided into physical fitness, skill, sports and combination. Physical fitness mainly involves resistance training (leg press, shoulder press, bench press, plank support, pull-ups, squats, kettlebell swings, medicine ball smashing, sit-ups, push-ups) and aerobic exercise (treadmill, stationary bicycle, elliptical cross trainer training). Skills include running, brisk walking, stretching, high-leg running, small-step running, sprint running, skipping rope, and elastic band exercises. Sports include life dance, Hatha yoga, Tai Chi, basketball, Ba Duan Jin, cycling, swimming, roller skating, and baseball. Combinations include physical fitness and skills, and skills and sports. The intervention prescription is mainly long-term (4-14 weeks) 1-3 times a week of high, medium, and low-intensity physical activities.

Health outcomes include three aspects: physical and mental health, activity and behavioral health, and overall function and quality of life. At the level of physical and mental health, physical activity helps improve college students' cognitive function, relieve stress, anxiety, depression, and learning fatigue, reduce negative automatic thinking, enhance mindfulness, reduce loneliness and sense of deficiency, relieve anxiety sensitivity, improve sleep quality, improve upper limb muscle endurance, and reduce negative consequences of drinking. At the level of activity and behavioral health, it helps to cultivate exercise habits, increase participation in physical activities, improve activity performance and academic performance, reduce sedentary behavior, drinking behavior, and problematic mobile phone use, and increase social interaction. In terms of overall function and quality of life, it helps to improve health perception and psychosocial function, enrich and improve recreational and leisure life and campus life, and improve the quality of interpersonal relationships, quality of life and happiness. This study provides evidence-based support for the dose-effect relationship between physical activity and psychological behavioral health and functional outcomes of college students.
