Abstract: By studying the clinical manifestation pathogenesis, damage, etc. of body’s fatigue, and is related to the animal—test of Ganoderma lucidum and Cistanche,it proves that Ganoderma lucidum and Cistanche resist not only the lack of oxygen, but also fatigue.
Key words:fatigue syndrome;Ganoderma lucidum;Cistanche
1 Preface
The effects of TCM tonics on improving exercise capacity and eliminating fatigue have been confirmed by numerous studies. It has the characteristics of Yin Yang double toning, supplementing qi and blood, and can decouple the etiology from its root, which is of great significance for athletes to strengthen their strength and prevent fatigue syndrome.
In this paper, experiments from Ganoderma lucidum and Cistanche on mice further confirmed the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on delaying excessive fatigue, improving and improving exercise performance, and enhancing body endurance.

2 Clinical manifestations of fatigue syndrome
Athletes are in high physical, mental strain, exertion during their heavy exercise training cycle, or in busy social work for long periods. A subset of people suffers from factors such as chronic wasting diseases that lead to multisystem, multi organ functional decline and experience symptoms of persistent fatigue and weakness, which are called "fatigue syndromes ". Its clinical manifestations are persistent fatigue and weakness, malaise, dizziness, poor breathing, difficulty concentrating, memory loss, decreased thinking, emotional instability, insomnia, limb pain, poor appetite, and so on. Severe manifestations have various organs in a long period of fatigue, followed by the development of corresponding organic lesions.

3 Fatigue syndromes
The human body has been in high tension for a long time, and the activity of the brain nerve cells is nervous and the oxygen consumption is highly increased, which causes nervous, humoral regulation and endocrine function disorders, prone to cerebral hypoxia and reduced excitability; Second, excessive exertion, increased energy expenditure, loss of balance in the body environment, disorders of body enzyme activity and ion metabolism, affect cell function, lactate accumulation, appear soreness and fatigue; In addition, people with chronic wasting diseases, such as anemia, blood loss, malnutrition, etc., more accelerated CNS dysfunctions in the brain if they work or are over trained in an overworked environment, which leads to abnormal immune functions. The prolonged overload of these individuals is a major pathological factor contributing to the development and progression of fatigue syndrome.
4 Fatigue syndrome predisposing individuals and harms
Fatigue syndrome occurs frequently in athletes and encephalic laborers, and its hazards are manifested not only by symptoms such as fatigue and weakness, listlessness, and brainstem disorganized thinking, but even by being forced to stop training and work. If left untreated, further progression will result from neurological, endocrine, and immune dysfunction or decline. Cishe resulted in hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cerebral arteriosclerosis, myocarditis, coronary heart disease, nephropathy. In severe cases, inflammation of the brain can develop, even life-threatening. Therefore. To be recognized enough for this condition, it should be treated promptly once the disease. So as not to miss treatment timing.

5 Experiments on fatigue resistance of Ganoderma lucidum and Cistanche
At present, the research of anti-fatigue drugs in China is relatively extensive. As comprehensive observation of the effects on the performance status and exercise capacity of athletes by the Institute of sports medicine of the national body Commission, and a study at the Department of sports medicine of Xi'an College of sports confirmed that certain Chinese medicinal herbs can improve the body's aerobic and anaerobic endurance and promote the elimination of exercise-induced fatigue. To further explore the effect and potential of anti-fatigue and hypoxia resistance of traditional Chinese medicine, Ganoderma lucidum and Cistanche were selected as anti-fatigue drugs in this experiment, and combined with contemporary traditional Chinese Medicine Anti fatigue and hypoxia resistance pharmacological research, the same achieved obvious results.
5.1 Materials and methods
The Ganoderma lucidum produced by the edible fungus service center of Shanxi food science department and the Cistanche deserticola provided by the provincial pharmaceutical company were used as raw materials. The mice were provided by the animal room of Provincial Institute of medical research.
5.2 Hypoxia tolerance experiments
Twenty 2-month-old white mice weighing 42.15 ± 1.28 g, 10 males and females, were used. 5 in each group, a control group was set up for each female and male mice, and the control group consumed normal chow diet; The lucidum group consumed a common chow diet plus Lucidum with a feeding period of 30 days. After 30 days the mice were placed in a container with a volume of 1000 ml, and the container was sealed. The survival time of the mice in the bottles was recorded.
5.3 Fatigue resistance experiments
Thirty mice aged 2 months, weighing 41.24 ± 1.90 g, were randomly divided into six groups of five mice each; Ganoderma group; Cistanche group. The same feeding method of the previous experiment was applied, and after 30 days of feeding, the mice were put into the same vessel to swim with a water depth of 35 cm and a water temperature of 25 ± 1 ° C. Mice were recorded from the start of swimming until death due to fatigue sinking.
5.4 analysis of outcomes
The results showed that there was a significant difference between the administrated group and the control group in the hypoxia tolerance experiment (P < 0.01), especially the male mice of the administrated group had the longest survival time, which suggested that Ganoderma lucidum significantly enhanced the body hypoxia tolerance.
Anti-fatigue experiment, mice consuming Ganoderma lucidum swam longer and mice consuming Cistanche swam longer than the control group (P < 0.o1), proving that Ganoderma and Cistanche have anti-fatigue effects. According to the literature, the body's exercise capacity is closely related to the amount of ATP contained in its muscle and the consumption of glycogen, the accumulation of lactate metabolites. Thus, it could be shown that G. lucidum and Cistanche played a great role in alleviating fatigue.
6 studies on fatigue tend to be more uniform
Fatigue syndrome belongs to the multisystem, multi organ functional decline and impairment. The interpretation of fatigue in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) holds that it is mainly due to high-intensity labor that causes imbalance in the balance of meridians, Qi, and Yang in the human body. In the last decade, new progress has been made in the study of fatigue with the application of high technologies. At present, the concept of fatigue tends to be more uniform, with an appreciation of its mechanism, also evolving from mere energy material consumption or metabolite accumulation, to an appreciation of the combined effects of multiple factors. The level of research has been advanced to the biomolecular or quantal level by the structural function of the cell, subcellular. Traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy has long been devoted to the study of traditional Chinese medicine, and the current perception of Ganoderma lucidum and Cistanche has reached a relatively perfect stage. Various studies and trials have proved that Ganoderma lucidum and Cistanche can play a very effective role in anti-fatigue, invigorating kidney nourishment, strengthening body.
