(1) Meridian diagnosis
"Plain Questions: The True Evil of Thorn Festival": "Anyone who uses acupuncture must first observe the emptiness and fullness of the meridians, cut them out and follow them, press them and play them, and then take them out after seeing what they should be moved."
The year 2021 (Xin Chou year) is due to the lack of water transportation, so it is the year of less water. In the first half of the year, the Qi of Titian is the Taiyin Wet Earth, in the second half of the year the Qi of the Spring is the Cold Water of the Sun, and the Five Elements of the Nian Branch are Earth. Since the year of the year belongs to water, the qi of the heavens belongs to the five elements of earth, the qi of the four elements is the moist soil of the Taiyin, the politeness is the fire of the Shaoyang, and the combination of luck means that the earth resists the water, so there will be excess moisture and insufficient cold water. On the basis of abnormal climate change, it is easy to see the increase of spleen and kidney diseases; this year is the year when water transport is insufficient, the aquatic wood is blocked, causing the liver fire to become hyperactive. In addition, the spleen belongs to the earth, the lung belongs to the metal, the spleen earth produces the lung metal, and the spleen is the mother of the lung. Secretary, the source of water and grains is insufficient, and the lungs are not nourished and nourished, causing the lungs to be insufficient, and it is easy to feel the evil of dampness and heat.
(2) Prevention and treatment
1. Push the meridians. In the meridian and acupoints with obvious tenderness or soreness, the meridian is pushed to promote the smooth operation of Qi and blood, improve the self-protection ability of the zang-fu organs, and prevent the virus from invading the zang-fu organs.
2. Acupoint application. Use borneol, white mustard seed, frankincense, myrrh, patchouli, indigo, forsythia, Ophiopogon japonicus, atractylodes, Scutellaria baicalensis, together with ginger juice to reconcile, make a medicine cake with a thickness of 0.5cm and a diameter of 1.5-2cm, and stick it on the acupoints place. The meridian examination found that abnormal phenomena were mainly concentrated in the above-mentioned meridians, so the selection of acupoints was mainly based on the combination of Shumu, and bilateral Feishu, Dachangshu, Ganshu, Danshu, Pishu, Weishu, Shenshu with Tanzhong, Guanyuan, Zhongwan, Juque, Zhongji, and other points are used to cure yang for yin diseases and yin for yang diseases to prevent diseases.
