Section 2 Classification, Arrangement and Processing of Tubule Flower Germplasm

1. Classification, Arrangement and Processing of Tubule Flower Germplasm Samples

The collected Tubule Flower Germplasm samples were brought back to the station in time, and the surface sand was washed off with tap water, and the excess surface water was naturally blown dry. The length, thickness, weight, water content and other data were measured, and then the inflorescence was removed and the fleshy stem was sliced. After being dried in an oven for 1 hour, it was placed in a cool place to dry, crushed, and passed through a 65-mesh sieve; kept cool and dry for testing.

2. Comparison of plant height of different germplasm Tubule Flower Germplasm samples

The length of Tubule Flower Germplasm was measured, and the plant height of Tubule Flower Germplasm at different sampling points in the two sampling seasons was calculated, and variance analysis was performed. The results are shown in Table 2 and Table 30. Table 2 Plant height of Tubule Flower Germplasm samples in autumn 2015

Compare the plant height of T. tubulosa Congrong at different sampling points in the autumn of 2015 (Figure 2) and the plant height of T. tubulosa Congrong at different sampling points in the spring of 2016 (Figure 3), and then select those from similar sampling points in different sampling seasons. Samples for comparison.

Analysis of variance was performed using SPSS software, and different letters indicate significant differences at the 0.05 level (two-sided). In the autumn of 2015, there were significant differences in the plant heights of Conghualan from different sampling points. The plant heights of samples from two nearby sampling points, CL11 and CL12, in Cele County were the highest, with an average value of 30.65cm, which was the same as that of other sampling points outside Moyu County. The plant height of the samples differed significantly; the plant height of the Qiemo County sample was the lowest, only (10.36}3.75) cm, and the difference with other sampling points was particularly significant. There was no significant difference in plant height between cultivated and wild samples.

Plant heights of C. tubulosa at different sampling points in the spring of 2016 The plant height in Rong is still the highest at the CL1 l and CL12 sampling points in Cele County. Analysis of variance was performed through SPSS software. Different letters indicate significant differences at the 0.05 level (two-sided). There was no significant difference in the spring of 2016. There was not much difference in the plant height of the Roucongrong samples from various origins in the spring.

The tube flower meat from Congrong was selected from a sampling point that was relatively close to the two-year GPS data. The appearance characteristics are shown in Figure 3. SPSS software was used to conduct a T test on the plant height of the samples in different seasons. There was a significant difference between the two. The plant height of the tube flower meat Congrong in the spring of 2016 was significantly higher than that of the autumn sample in 2015. It is speculated that it is because of the winter management. The flesh of the flower gradually changes from vegetative growth to reproductive growth, and the inflorescence end is obviously elongated.
