Cistanche deserticola (Cistanche deserticola YC Ma) is a parasitic herb of Oro-banchaceae (Cistanche) for many years. It is mainly produced in Mongolia, Xinjiang, and other places in my country." It is sweet, salty, warm in nature, and has kidney-tonifying properties. The effects of yang, nourishing essence and blood, moisturizing the intestines, have been used in my country for 1,800 years, and are listed as top-grade. Medicinal books of the past such as "Shen Nong's Materia Medica", "Wu Pu's Materia Medica", "Materia Medica Scriptures", "Famous Doctors", "Pictures of Materia Medica", "Rihuazi Materia Medica", etc. According to statistics, the appearance rate of Roucongrong in the prescriptions of Zengli Chinese medicine in the past dynasties is the first. The second is only to ginseng in decay-type prescriptions. (2) The current research on Cistanche is mostly focused on its application of nourishing kidneys and strengthening yang, moisturizing the bowel, and laxative effects, but less research on its anti-fatigue effect and memory enhancement application. In this paper, mice fed with different doses of eggplant puree water solution were used as a model to study the effects of eggplant puree on mice's anti-fatigue effect and memory.

1 Material and methods
1.1 Materials:
⑴Experimental medicine: Cistanche cistanche, purchased from Urumqi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, take 113mg of 80 sieve cistanche powder, dissolve it in 25ml of distilled water, seal it with plastic wrap, and sonicate it in an ultrasonic instrument with a water temperature of 25 degrees and a frequency of 80 Hz. 40 minutes. Use the suspension after mixing with a magnetic stirrer (this is the dosage for three days).
⑵Experimental animals: 60 Kunming mice, half male and half male, weighing (20±2) g, provided by the Experimental Animal Center of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Urumqi, Xinjiang.
⑶Experimental equipment: electronic balance (produced by METTLER TOLEDO Shanghai Instrument Co., Ltd.); KQ5200DE CNC ultrasonic cleaner (Kunshan Ultrasonic Instrument Co., Ltd.); DK -600A electric heating constant temperature water tank; DT -200 mouse jumping platform test Box (Chengdu Taming Technology Co., Ltd.); Self-made swimming box and XMTD digital display regulator (Dahua Instrument Factory); 78-2 two-way magnetic heating stirrer (Shanghai Guange Experimental Co., Ltd.).
1.2 Experimental method:
⑴Random grouping and gavage dosage design of the tested mice: randomly selected healthy Kunming mice [body weight (20±2) g, half male and female] free drinking, eating, and observing the animals for 3 days and then randomly dividing them according to bodyweight Three test groups, each with 10 animals, used the ultrasonic water solution of Roucong Rong as the test substance. According to body weight, a low dose of 50 mg. kg'1 and a high dose of 100 mg. kg were set respectively, and a blank control group was set up. The gavage volume is 0.22ml/10g for high dose and 0.11 mL/10 for low dose. First, dissolve a certain amount of Scottish mash powder in steaming water to make the required concentration. The test group is given the test substance every day. According to the high and low doses and the weight of the mouse, the amount of medicine required for gavage. The blank control group was given the same amount of steamed stuffing water every day for 7 consecutive days. The mice in each group were given gastric administration every morning, and they were free to eat and drink during the gastric administration.
⑵Mice memory test: On the 7th day, the rats were given large and small doses of the meat paste solution and the blank control group for the platform jumping experiment. The mice were stroked a few times and put into the mouse platform test box (the test box is set by It consists of 6 small rooms, which can test 6 animals at the same time, each room has a rubber table, and the bottom of the box is a copper grid that can be energized. Let it adapt for 3 minutes. The regulated voltage is 32V. Press the "Start/Stop" button to start the experiment. The mice were electrically stimulated. During the training period, the mice jumped off the platform and were constantly shocked at the bottom of the box. During this process, the mice gained memory. After 24 hours, test the memory and repeat the previous operation. At this time, the tester records the time when the mouse jumps off the platform for the first time, that is, the incubation period, and the number of times that the mouse jumps off the rubber table within 5 minutes, that is, the number of errors in the test period, as the memory retention score. The SPSS16.0 software was used to perform statistical processing on all data, and the data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation (Yun Shi S), and measurement data were processed using the I test.
(3) Weight-bearing swimming experiment of mice (3): Take 10 mice from each of the 3 test groups (half male and half male), and half an hour after the last administration of the test substance, quickly load the root of the tail with lead wire at 5% of the mouse’s body weight. Put a 75 x 55 x 46.5 swimming box (water depth not less than 30cm, water temperature (25 ± 0.5)) into the water to swim, observe the swimming activities of the mice in each test group, and accurately record the time from the start of swimming to death, Refer to MCARDLE's recommended criteria for judgment of exhaustion, that is, mice whose heads sink into the water and fail to return to the surface after 2 seconds are regarded as exhausted. Record the time from the start of swimming to the time of exhaustion as the time for the mice to swim with weight.

2 Results
2. 1 The effect of Cistanche ultrasonic solution on the platform jumping experiment in mice: the data of the latency and the number of errors in the platform jumping experiment were analyzed by variance analysis, and the comparison between groups was tested by f, and the results were expressed as (x±s). It can be seen from Table 1 that the incubation period of the high-dose group is compared with that of the blank group. The high-dose group has a very significant difference (P<0.01), indicating that the high-dose Lycopersicum can significantly improve the memory of mice.
2.2 The effect of the ultrasonic aqueous solution of Roussillon on the weight-bearing swimming experiment of mice: After 7 days of giving mice different doses of the aqueous solution of Rossier pureed, the experimental data of the weight-bearing swimming of the mice with the aqueous solution of Rousseau is shown in Table 2. The results showed that compared with the blank control group, the swimming time of the high-dose group reached an extremely significant level (P<0.01), indicating that the high-dose Cistanche ultrasonic water solution can significantly extend the weight-bearing swimming time of mice, namely High-dose meat from pureed ultrasonic water solution has an anti-fatigue effect.

3 Discussion
Memory is one of the advanced physiological functions of the brain, the maintenance of experience or behavior obtained through learning. The process of memory can be divided into three stages: memory or acquisition, storage and consolidation, and reproduction or recognition. Modern neurobiological research shows that memory is achieved through a series of complex physiological, biochemical or histological plastic changes in the synapses of the nervous system. There are many influencing factors, and many processes and effects are still unclear. Its mechanism of action It may be closely related to the regulation of the central cholinergic nerve, central noradrenergic nerve, brain protein synthesis and energy metabolism, and the levels of various neurotransmitters and peptides in the brain. The results of this experiment show that (100 mg. kg-1) high-dose meat hernia paste water solution has a very significant effect on enhancing the memory of mice, while low-dose has no significant effect. This experiment confirms that the Scottish sativum has the effect of enhancing the memory of mice. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the research on the anti-fatigue of Chinese medicine. Measuring the time from continuous exercise to exhaustion can reflect the body’s endurance and is the main indicator for evaluating body fatigue. The change in its content shows that in our choice of the weight-bearing swimming experiment in mice, the mouse swimming time can be used as an objective to judge the degree of endurance in mice. index. The results of this experiment show that (WOmg. kg") high-dose aqueous solution of eggplant puree can significantly enhance the weight-bearing swimming time of mice, while low doses also have no obvious effect. This experiment confirms that Roucong puree can improve mice's anti-fatigue ability.
