Abstract: Objective To study the anti-fatigue effects of extract from cistanche deserticola and epimedium on mice. Methods Rotarod performance test and swimming test were applied in comparing anti-fatigue effects of extract from cistanche deserticola and epimedium and extractive from ginseng water on mice. In this experiment, the compound extracts of Epimedium and Roucong are used to study and explore their anti-fatigue effects through the experiment of running time and swimming time. It can provide an experimental basis for the development, application, and in-depth research of the compound and health care products.

1 Material and methods
1.1 Experimental animals
Kunming female mice 36R, body weight (20 ± 5) g, provided by Guangdong Medical Experimental Animal Center.
1.2 Medicines and reagents
Ginseng, Cistanche, Chinese wolfberry, Yinyanglei, Pueraria lobata root powder, etc. were all purchased from Guangdong Medical Materials Company, ethanol (Tianjin Yongda Chemical Reagent Development Center, Analytical Pure, 20090724) o 1.2.1 Ginseng Water Decoction ginseng 10g, cut into thin slices, soak in an appropriate amount of steamed water for 0.5 h, fry twice at medium heat, the first decoction is 30 min, the second decoction is 20 min, the two decoctions are filtered and mixed, and concentrated to 50 ml. 1.2.1 The extract of Epiphyllum lucidum (Medicine I).

1.2.2 The method
Extracting meat from Epimedium medlar and Pueraria lobata powder complex (drug U) is the same as that of 1.2.2; the medlar was extracted with 80-long ultrasonic water for 2 hours, and then the extract was concentrated to 1 g (crude medicine)/ml; Pueraria lobata root powder is a fine powder. Take 10ml each of meat girl paste, wolfberry fruit, and Yin Yang Bud extract, add 10g kudzu root powder, mix well, add steamed stuffing water to adjust the solution to 40 ml, and set aside.
1.2.3 Equipment

2. Experimental method
2.1 Mouse runner fatigue test 36 mice were randomly divided into blank control group, ginseng decoction group, and drugs according to body weight

3. Discussion

There are no different dosage groups for the extract of Epiphyllum L., so whether its anti-fatigue effect is better remains to be studied. In addition, due to insufficient preparation of the experimental program when selecting the topic, no separate experimental group was set up for the two medicines of Cilantro and Epiphyllum, so the study of the extract of Epiphyte and Epiphyte in the experiment lacked a control group, it does not mean that the combination of the two medicines of Roucong Root Epidermis has a synergistic effect, an additive effect or an antagonistic effect.
